Tournament of Champions[]

In the second quarterfinal game, she faced off against Nick Swezey and Craig Westphal. Throughout the first two rounds, she came up with 21/24 correct responses. Everyone got Final correct, but after losing to Craig, her $21,600 was enough to advance as wildcard, while Nick's $10,600, wasn't enough to advance, taking home $5,000.

In the second semifinal game, she faced off against Jeff Spoeri and Christian Haines. Throughout the first two rounds, she came up with 17/19 correct responses (including 1/2 Daily Doubles). She and Christian got Final correct. Christian only bet to tie. After a come from behind win in a tiebreaker round, Celeste advanced to the finals. Jeff and Christian took home $10,000.

In the finals, she faced off against Doug Hicton and Cliff Galiher. Throughout the finals, she came up with a combined 32/35 correct responses (including 3/3 Daily Doubles). She and Cliff got 1/2 Final correct. She won $250,000 + the Jeopardy! DVD Home Game System.

Battle of the Decades[]

She returned in the first game of the 2000s decade. She faced off against Colby Burnett and Tom Nissley. Throughout the first two rounds, she came up with 21/27 correct responses (including 1/1 Daily Double). She and Colby got Final incorrect. After losing to Colby, she and Tom took home $5,000.

Invitational Tournament[]

In the fourth quarterfinal game, she went up against Austin Rogers and Amy Schneider. Throughout the first two rounds, she came up with 12/18 correct responses. No one got Final correct. After losing to Amy (in a runaway game), she and Austin took home $5,000.

Trivia[]

  • Among the champions who won 5 or more consecutive wins in the unlimited system, she was the first champion to drop in 3rd place. The first male is Jeff Spoeri, If career records are included, Bob Mesko is the first.
  • Among ToC winners with 5 or more consecutive wins, she is the last ToC winner with a regular prize of less than $100,000 and is the only one in the unlimited winning streak system.
  • By winning the S24 ToC, S22 became the first season to produce two ToC winners in one season (Michael Falk).
  • She is the third female ToC winner ever and the last to go up to WC. After her, Larissa Kelly (S25), Emma Boettcher (S36), and Jennifer Quail (S37) were runners-up, and Amy Schneider became the first female ToC winner in 15 years at S39. Also, the best WC result was runner-up to Jason Zollinger (S26).
