James Holzhauer has declined to play in this tournament, but according to executive producer Michael Davies and former Clue Crew member and producer Sarah Whitcomb Foss, Jeopardy! Masters is an invitational tournament, and they invite the people they want to invite.
Roger Craig became the third contestant to get eliminated twice going into Final Jeopardy!, the first two players being Lionel Goldbart and Doug Molitor.
