Season changes:

  • The contestant introductions, Daily Double, Audio Daily Double, Video Daily Double, Double Jeopardy!, and Final Jeopardy! graphics gained a new look to match the season's title card.

  • The Teachers Tournament has been re-scheduled for May 25-June 5, 2020.
  • The Jeopardy! Greatest of All Time Encore Event airs from May 4-15, with Ken Jennings' first and last games (from 2004) airing on the 4th and the 15th. Since the Jeopardy! Greatest Of All Time originally aired on ABC as four one-hour shows, these episodes were edited down to eight half-hour episodes for syndication. This was done as a replacement for the Teachers Tournament, which was re-scheduled.
    • This marks the very first time Ken Jennings' 1st and 75th games are aired in syndication since 2004 (or possibly the weekend reruns from 2004-2006). His 75th game was previously re-aired in September 2009 as part of "The Best Of 25 Years."
  • Weeks of May 18-22 and June 8-12 consist of shows taped without an audience.
  • Season 36 of Jeopardy! wraps up on June 12, 2020.
  • Summer reruns kicks off on June 15, 2020 as the tapings are currently suspended.
